Medical Laboratory Technician

Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) is a trained healthcare professional who collects, prepares, and analyzes patient samples such as blood, urine, stool, and body fluids to assist in the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of diseases. They perform routine laboratory tests, operate laboratory equipment, maintain quality control, and ensure accurate reporting of results under the supervision of a medical laboratory technologist or scientist.
